Conference Producer
Conexus Financial, Australia's premier financial media organisation and education business, is seeking a senior conference producer in the finance industry who is looking for a new challenge.
Specific Responsibilities:
To research, create, write and project manage Conexus events working with the Institutional and Retail editorial directors and sales teams to develop the highest quality content for each event.
1. Research on market sector for planned events
2. Speaker and topic research domestic and global
3. Create Speaker prospect list with contact details
4. Speaker liaison and booking
5. Create event outlines with the support of editorial content directors
6. Research and develop content programs to content director specification
7. Scheduling of sessions and speakers
8. Sourcing and checking white papers
9. Support the preparation and compilation of delegate programs and handbooks
10. Work with Editorial, Operations, Sales and Audience/Marketing to ensure content is updated, distributed and communicated across all parties and is always current.
Primary Responsibilities
To work collaboratively and provide ongoing support to Content Directors to evolve and develop growth strategies across the event product portfolio and to ensure the quality of content is maintained at the highest level. Attention to detail and strong project management is a key requirement.
